Our small class sizes offer a very personalized experience between our students and instructors. We realize people work or are raising families, but its never too late to go to school. Med-Assist School of Hawaii is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). "ABHES is the only agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as an institutional and specialized accreditor focusing on health care education and training." 10. National Certification
We offer the national Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam given here at the school through American Medical Technologists (AMT). Although you do not need to be certified to practice medical assisting in Hawaii, we encourage our students to take the exam so they have the option of practicing medical assisting anywhere on the mainland.
